What Payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We are competitively priced however if you need further financial assistance we also offer Care Credit. If you are interested, please click on the Care Credit link below to fill out an application to bring with you to your appointment.
Do you offer Preventative Health Care Packages?
We conveniently offer preventative health care packages that are tailored for each stage of life for your canine and feline companions. Our packages include all vaccinations, laboratory tests and examinations that your pet will need on an annual basis along with a few complimentary services. We also have packages that include spaying, neutering, declawing and dental cleanings. We offer two options for payments at discounted rates. Our first option we offer is one payment that is paid in full that enrolls your pet for the entire year and covers all that is included in the package. Our second option we offer is a prepayment that we will enroll your pet along with 11 monthly payments that is deducted form a credit or debit card the beginning of each month. What should I expect at my first visit?
With your permission, we will call your previous veterinarian to obtain your pets records so we can accurately care for your four legged companion. Please allow about 10 minutes for our staff to prepare your pets file prior to your scheduled appointment. Please provide a drivers license with your current address, phone number and email address.
What should I do if I have an After Hours Emergency and your office is closed?
If you have an after hours emergency with your pet please call Oakland Veterinary Emergency Services at 248-334-6877 or Animal ER Center at 248-960-7200. If you’re not sure your pet’s condition is a true emergency, we recommend that you call one of these numbers and the staff will be happy to assist you and answer any of your questions.
