We have a few new faces so please make them feel welcome and help them out with answering questions, training and guiding them into the right direction.\u00a0 Working together as a team is vital right now so please help each other out, communicate and be patient with one another.<\/p>\n
The schedule, as always, is a bit tricky.\u00a0 If you ask someone to cover your shift, please let me know.\u00a0 It is not authorized until I know and authorize it.\u00a0 If you swap shifts with someone, make sure it is swapped hours for same hours. (Ex- if you swap with someone make sure it is swapping 10 hours for 10 hours or 5 hours for 5 hours).\u00a0 Again, it is not authorized until I know and authorize it.<\/p>\n
If you ask for time off, I will put it on the schedule when I get your request.\u00a0 Please double check the schedule that I gave you your requested time off correctly.\u00a0 (Check the dates). PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS!\u00a0 I DO NOT WANT TO MAKE A MISTAKE ON YOUR TIME OFF!\u00a0 ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK THE SCHEDULE. THANK YOU!<\/p>\n
We can not have more than two people off at one time.\u00a0 It is important that if you know of time off that you need that you submit it as soon as you can.<\/p>\n
If you leave to grab lunch, run home or run errands, you need to clock out.\u00a0 You can clock back in when you come back to work.<\/p>\n
We strongly recommend on bringing your lunch with you on days that you know are going to be extremely busy.\u00a0 It helps save time so you don’t need to run out.<\/p>\n
We have had a few mistakes across the board in this past week.\u00a0 Please slow down and double check yourself.\u00a0 Also, please follow through on tasks that were given to you or that you see need to be done.<\/p>\n
I will be placing a name tag order next week.\u00a0 Please let me know what name tag you want.\u00a0 If your name tag is falling apart please place an order with me for a new one.<\/p>\n
We have four weeks this Summer of having just one doctor (Unless we hire a new doctor before then).\u00a0 During this time we usually ask for people to take some time off.\u00a0 We do not require you to take the time off but I will list the days below that we could use a few to take time off.\u00a0 If we do not have people take time off, there will be a lot of people here.\u00a0 If that is the case then everyone will need to stay busy.\u00a0 That means cleaning, stocking, maintenance on machines, organizing, poop scooping, etc.\u00a0 People may be asked to go home if we notice that people are not staying busy.\u00a0 Again, here is the list of days that we could have people take off. If we hire a new doctor then this all will change!\u00a0 So FYI, if you volunteer to take a day off, then we hire a doctor, you will need to work your original scheduled shift.\u00a0 I\u00a0 know this is not cut and dry but we are doing the best we can!\u00a0 Thank you for your patience and understanding!\u00a0 We appreciate it!<\/p>\n
