We have added a price increase to most of our services and products.\u00a0 Please check the prices and be mindful of the changes when quoting prices.\u00a0 We have tacked on a $2 clerical fee to the Oakland county licenses as well.<\/p>\n
Please keep “Fear Free” in the back of your mind when your seeing, handling, talking to patients.\u00a0 Also try to correlate vaccines, bloodwork, hwt for our fearful patients so they do not have to come in as often!!\u00a0 Try to minimize their visits to twice a year if possible.<\/p>\n
Technicians\/assistants:\u00a0 please double check the vaccine sticker to make sure the doctor did not miss anything that is due!!\u00a0 Please be their double check system.<\/p>\n
We have changed the estimates to print only one copy.\u00a0 Please use that copy to put in the patients file.\u00a0 You can ask the owner if they’d like a copy e-mailed to them.\u00a0 If so, then email them a copy.<\/p>\n
We are going to try to have more meetings!!\u00a0 The only way to realistically make that happen is to have multiple meetings within the departments.\u00a0 There will be two reception meetings :1\/23 and 1\/25 so receptionists please be sure you make it to one of the meetings.\u00a0 It will be during lunch.\u00a0 Make sure to bring your lunch that day.\u00a0 We will need a team member to work in reception during their meetings.<\/p>\n
Technician\/assistants:\u00a0 your meetings will be 1\/15 and 1\/18.\u00a0 Make sure you make it to one of the meetings.\u00a0 It will be during lunch.\u00a0 Make sure to bring your lunch that day.<\/p>\n
Due to popular demand, we are bringing back the gold stars!\u00a0 We will still have an employee of the month as well.\u00a0 Please make an effort to keep the gold stars conversations as positive as possible.\u00a0 The gold stars are meant to be a positive thing and a way to recognize team members!!\u00a0 Please recognize a team member and give them a gold star if you see them doing something outstanding!!\u00a0 Please keep any negative comments to yourself and please do not be offended if you do not get a gold star or if someone got a star for something you did as well!\u00a0 There will be no prize for the gold stars.\u00a0 They will be used as a recognition program.\u00a0 Either the gold stars or the employee of the month will be moved to the free board that is upstairs.\u00a0 I don’t care which is which…you tell me!?<\/p>\n
We will have one doctor weeks in February.\u00a0 We will not cut hours as long as everyone can stay busy!\u00a0 We will make a list of things that need to be done.\u00a0 For example: cleaning, maintenance, and cleaning the house next door.\u00a0 Please be ready to jump in and be helpful to do these things that need to be done!\u00a0 People may be sent home if people are not staying busy and getting things done.<\/p>\n
