So once again, thanks so much for doing a great job!!<\/p>\n
Just another few little things to hopefully ease the work flow….<\/p>\n
*Dr. Rutsey is to not see any appointments Thursday mornings.\u00a0 She is blocked off for surgeries only from 9-3.\u00a0 If a client calls with a sick pet and it needs to be seen, ask Dr. Rutsey how she wants it scheduled.<\/p>\n
*There are two emergency slots for Dr. Rutsey on Saturdays now. (They’re 20 minute blocks in red) Those slots are to only be filled for appointments Saturday mornings.<\/p>\n
*Please look at the schedule a day ahead of time.\u00a0 If you see that it is a crazy busy surgery day, please bring your lunch.\u00a0 Those may be the days that you have to eat on the fly.\u00a0 Please try to eat your lunch between 12 and 1.\u00a0 Eating your lunch later is I’m sure tough for you, and also isn’t great for the schedule because appointments start coming in, patients are recovering and cleaning up, charges, etc. need to be done.<\/p>\n
*Please be mindful of where you need to be and what tasks need to be done.\u00a0 If you know a doctor is in a room, please be there for when she gets out of a room to help her with what she needs.<\/p>\n
*Communication is key!\u00a0 If you ever feel overwhelmed, need help or simply just need a breather, please let me know.\u00a0 I am more than willing to help out and be an extra pair of hands whenever you need me.\u00a0 I may not know you need help so please speak up and ask.\u00a0 As we all know, our patients and clients come first, so we all need to work together:):)<\/p>\n
