Trying to adhere to AAHA’s standards, we now have to file our PHCP contract separate from the medical record because it has credit\/debit card info on it so it needs to stay “locked up” for security purposes.\u00a0 So we now have two separate binders in the reception closet.\u00a0 One for Pre-paid PHCP’s and one for monthly PHCP’s.\u00a0 Please put any new contract in the back of the binder so it is filed oldest date on top to most current date on the bottom.\u00a0 Make sense?\u00a0 Let me know if you have any questions.<\/p>\n

We have Sentinel!\u00a0 We are keeping heartgard for those people who want to use frontline or for those pets who love the chews.\u00a0 We are also keeping trifexis for those pets we have started it on and\u00a0for those people who don’t want to use anything topical.\u00a0 but just very small quantities of each.\u00a0 Sentinel\/parastar is going to be the best coverage and the most economical for the clients.<\/p>\n
