Thank you for all your hard work! There is a few things we needed to go over so please see the list below.
- Please triple check all prescriptions and have two people initial the chart copy of the prescription. Check that it is the right medicine, right mg, right quantity and the right directions.
- Please triple check all charges and make sure that we are charging for preventative care exams. Please see if the patient is due and be sure to charge for it. (Receptionists please double check).
- Please wipe your shoes and check your shoes before going upstairs. From parking next door and walking through the grass we are getting mud on the carpet going upstairs.
