I hope you are all having a good time this week and enjoying all the fun gifts! We certainly do appreciate all of you and everything you do!
Just a friendly reminder (but a serious reminder) that cell phone usage and personal conversations need to stop when a receptionist tells you there is an appointment in a room, a tech appointment is up front, when a doctor comes in to the lab or when a fellow team member needs help with something. I understand and support that there are times we need to take care of things on our phones and I understand and support the friendships here and the friendly conversation among everyone….but those things have got to stop when work needs to be done! Everyone needs to put forth an effort to get into the room to get a history, grab the tech appointment, help the doctor or fellow team member and put your conversation on hold and/or put your phone down and come back to it at lunch or down time.
